If you're having difficulty viewing the videos, there are a few steps you can take to fix the problem.
To begin, simply start with Step 1 and follow all of the instructions in that box. If that didn't help, next move on to Step 2 and so on. After you've completed each of the steps, if you are still having problems, you can try viewing the videos on Youtube.com by clicking the link to the right. Or, after you've completed the steps, you can contact support using the form at the bottom of the page. Click the refresh button once, check to see if the problem has been resolved. If not, click the refresh button a second time.

You can try a different browser to see if there is a problem with the installation
