If you're having difficulty viewing the videos, there are a few steps you can take to fix the problem.

To begin, simply start with Step 1 and follow all of the instructions in that box. If that didn't help, next move on to Step 2 and so on. After you've completed each of the steps, if you are still having problems, you can try viewing the videos on Youtube.com by clicking the link to the right. Or, after you've completed the steps, you can contact support using the form at the bottom of the page. Please allow time for your message to be reviewed, after we've reviewed your message; we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Step 1

Refresh the page

Firefox, Internet Explorer and Chrome include a refresh button to the right or left of the "Address Bar"

  • Clicking the refresh button Once will reload the page.
  • Clicking the refresh button Twice will reload the page and most of the elements.

Do the following:

Click the refresh button once, check to see if the problem has been resolved. If not, click the refresh button a second time.


If you are still having issues:

continue to step 2.

Step 2

Clear your cache

In Firefox*
  1. Open the preferences menu
  2. Click the "Advanced" tab
  3. Click the "Network" tab
  4. Under the heading "Cached Web Content" section, click the "Clear Now" button
In Chrome*
  1. Click the Chrome menu
  2. Select "Tools"
  3. Click "Clear browsing data"
  4. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for "Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data" and "Empty the cache"
In Internet Explorer*
  1. Click the "Tools" button (The Gear Icon)
  2. Select "Safety"
  3. Click "Delete browsing history"
  4. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for Cookies and Temporary Files
Do the following:

Follow the instructions above, then click the refresh button once, check to see if the problem has been resolved.

Step 3

Use a different browser

You can try a different browser to see if there is a problem with the installation

  1. You can download Firefox from:
    www.mozilla.org
  2. You can download Chrome from:
    www.google.com
  3. You can download Internet Explorer 9 from:
    windows.microsoft.com

Do the following:

If you do not have a second browser, install one using the links above. After the installation has completed, use the new browser to visit one of the training pages.
